Real Estate Appraisal Requirement
The Real Estate Appraisal class is 54 classroom hours. You will need to take an additional real estate/appraisal related class as specified by the Office of Real Estate Appraisers to complete the classroom hours. Your Real Estate Appraiser instructor will provide you with details when you enroll and attend class.
